Subscription Terms

1. Billing & Meal Cycles
Subscriptions are billed monthly based on the selected package (Only Lunch, Only Dinner, or Lunch & Dinner). Plans with 40 or more meals qualify for the discounted ₹55 per-meal rate; other plans are calculated at ₹65 per meal.
2. Cut-Off Times for Cancellation & Pauses
To pause a lunch delivery without losing meal credit, notify our team on WhatsApp before 8:30 AM on the delivery day. For dinner pauses, notify before 5:30 PM. Paused meals automatically roll over to extend your subscription validity period.
3. Hygiene & Packaging Standards
All meals are prepared and sealed under strict FSSAI food hygiene standards using certified food-grade packaging materials to ensure optimal temperature preservation, zero contamination, and fresh delivery.
4. Cancellation & Unused Balance Refunds
Should you relocate or wish to terminate your subscription mid-cycle, unconsumed meal balances are refunded to your original payment method with a standard 3-day notice, minus meals consumed at regular non-discounted rates.
